Refund Policy

For both subscription based plans and one-time services, a full refund will be issued in the first thirty (30) days after service is rendered, no questions asked, no explanation necessary. If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this Geeks Technical Support LLC may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of Subscription fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer.


For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:

  • You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem.
  • Issue was not resolved until the time account was active.
  • 30 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by a Geeks Technical Support - LLC technician.

In order to resolve any queries/complaints/disputes in regards to any payment, you are obligated to contact Geeks Technical support LLC at 1-800- 832-5456. In a scenario wherein you have contacted your bank/financial institution or raised a dispute against the payment, and if Geeks Technical Support LLC is not the first and only point of contact, it will be considered as a breach of "Agreement And Terms Of Use", and it will result in you being ineligible for any settlements, refunds, discounts, or any other price adjustments. In any scenario, wherein the service was not rendered/completed due to lack of Internet connectivity or lack of time provided for troubleshooting and you file a dispute/stop the payment before being provided a reasonable effort to resolve the issue, it will be considered as a completed service and you will not be eligible for a refund/dispute/settlement.
